Responding to a failsafe request

We request information from a doctor when a person has not attended:

a recommended cervical screening test
an appointment at colposcopy

We call this a failsafe request.

A failsafe request is to try and ensure that all results positive for HPV or abnormal cell changes are followed up correctly.

This facility is the quickest and easiest way to respond to a failsafe request.
